Pilot 1

Pilots with migrant adult learners

The pilots’ aim is to acquire the 3 key competences through inclusive, comprehensive, and participant-centred activities. The workshops will take place in Germany, Italy, Spain and Turkey with 60 migrant, refugee, and asylum seeker adult learners. They will enable partner organisations to refine the PRISCILA Method, gathering feedback and data from the participants and facilitators in a co-construction process.

This workshop will include the test of the PRISCILA framework for a participant-centred evaluation and recognition of competences attainment through micro-credentials, which will be improved thanks to the pilot’s feedback and experiences, and participants will be certificated on this base.

Pilot 2

Capacity-building workshops for Adult trainers

These innovative and participant-centred workshops will be based on the PRISCILA method previously developed and tested. The pilots will take place in Germany, Italy, Spain and Turkey with 60 educators and support staff. Their aim is to ensure that adult trainers are equipped with effective and high-quality tools and techniques to improve the competences of migrant, refugee, and asylum seeker adult learners, and to recognise and certify the three key competences attained through non-formal learning workshops. These workshops will provide experience for trainers and feedback for the construction of the PRISCILA Handbook and method.
