PRISCILA method

and pilot reports

The PRISCILA project developed an innovative method that combines expertise from partners in methodologies such as Theatre of the Oppressed, Deep Democracy, Critical Incident Methodology, and Spatial Assemblage. This method is specifically tailored for training migrants, asylum seekers, and refugee adult learners. The method was tested through four pilots conducted in Italy, Spain, Germany, and Turkey. Each pilot involved 20 hours of training and included 15 participants. Detailed pilot reports were drafted for each location, capturing insights and outcomes from the implementation of the PRISCILA method. These reports provide valuable feedback and analysis that will help refine the method for broader application.

PRISCILA Guide for Quality Provision and Recognition through Micro-credentials

The PRISCILA Guide provides a comprehensive framework for ensuring quality provision and recognition of learning outcomes through micro-credentials. Key components of the guide include an introduction that provides background and context of the PRISCILA project, outlining its purpose, scope, and intended audience; an explanation of the 3KC framework used within the project; an overview of the PRISCILA methodology detailing its components and learning outcomes; a description of the PRISCILA Competence Framework covering personal, intercultural, and citizenship competences, along with related indicators and descriptors; an evaluation framework explaining the tools, methods, and criteria for assessing the competence attainment of migrant adult learners; a recognition and certification framework outlining the micro-credentials system, criteria for awarding these credentials, and the use of the EUROPASS framework for certification; and implementation guidelines offering practical recommendations for trainers and training organizations on implementing the PRISCILA methodology and utilizing the guide effectively. This guide aims to ensure that the PRISCILA method is effectively adopted and recognized across diverse educational contexts.
