Priscila Guide Mockup.jpg

The PRISCILA Guide ensures quality provision and recognition of learning through micro-credentials. It outlines the project's background, the 3KC framework, PRISCILA methodology, and competence framework, focusing on personal, intercultural, and citizenship skills. It also details evaluation methods, a certification system using micro-credentials and EUROPASS, and implementation guidelines for trainers. The guide aims to support the effective adoption and recognition of the PRISCILA method in diverse educational contexts.

PRISCILA method

and Pilot Reports

The PRISCILA project develops an innovative method combining partner expertise in methodologies like Theatre of the Oppressed, Deep Democracy, Critical Incident Methodology, and Spatial Assemblage. Tailored for training migrant, asylum seeker, and refugee adult learners, this method is tested through 20-hour pilots in Italy, Spain, Germany, and Turkey, each with 15 participants. Pilot reports from each location capture insights and outcomes, providing valuable feedback for refining the method for broader application.

Handbook for Adult Trainers

The PRISCILA Handbook is a comprehensive resource for adult trainers, available in multiple languages. It includes introductory texts that provide an overview and introduction to the PRISCILA method; practical guidance on applying the PRISCILA method; structured learning paths and activity sheets for trainers to use; summaries of findings and feedback from pilots conducted with adult migrant learners, trainers, educators, and support staff; and actionable recommendations for adult education providers to integrate the PRISCILA method within their training programs and organizations. The handbook, designed to complement the PRISCILA Guide, provides all necessary content for adult trainers to effectively use the method and integrate it within their training itineraries and organizational practices. It ensures trainers are well-equipped to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for migrant adult learners.
