Final conference Priscila

On November 12-13, the PRISCILA Final Conference brought together participants, artists, and educators at Palau Alòs (Barcelona) for two days of collective learning, inclusion, and transformative performing arts.

✨ Day 1 – The Path of the PRISCILA Method

The conference opened with a warm institutional welcome, followed by Ana Fernández Aballí’s inaugural lecture, inspiring reflection on creating safe, collaborative spaces for migrants and diverse communities. The afternoon highlighted PRISCILA’s project results, showcasing key learnings and impacts, and ended with participants sharing their first-hand experiences applying the method.

🎭 Day 2 – Dialogues in Motion

Day two focused on practical workshops: theatre forum (La Xixa), creative writing (ACATHI), and deep democracy (HASAT), giving participants tools for active listening, collective expression, and valuing every voice.

In the afternoon, a University of Bologna workshop explored power, roles, and narratives in education and migrant support. There was group work and dialogue about different personal or professional  experiences.

The conference closed with a theatre forum performance named “Le immagini che agiscono” by La Xixa Lab and Cantieri Meticci, engaging the audience in an interactive, poetic exploration of metamorphosis, where they could draw, intervene, and transform the scene.

It was such a transformative experience celebrating learning, creativity, and inclusion.
